2009.04.12 (Sun) - Easter Sunset

Had a nice day, we slept in a bit this morning since we went to a late Easter service yesterday. I spent the first part of my day coding a side project I've been working on. We got a late start to Chris and Kayla's house, we stopped at Denny's to pick up the breakfast order we called in and took it to go. Got there and helped Chris some more on the sprinkler project. I made a run to Home Depot in Yuba City. I feel spoiled not to have a Home Depot just six minutes away! When doing projects at the kids house you must really plan out what you need since the hardware store is a 40 minute drive.
My parents showed up, so did Corey and Jen. Chris had to take off for work at 4PM so we broke early from the project and then had an early dinner together. It was nice. After dinner we all hung out and watched Peyton while Kayla took a much needed rest. Being pregnant has really made her feel tired easily.
On the way home we took a different route just for fun. I took the family off-road for a bit but they really wanted to get home so we hit the road again. The sun was setting and looked beautiful so as we approached Roseville I stopped to grab this shot.
